Raja Ravi,
Founder & Director

Raja Ravi founded Swan Foresight with the intention of co-creating sustainable ecosystems with his background in strategic foresight.
At Team Swans Raja delivers concept-to-product development products through evolving prototypes. He is a certified ISO 27001 security auditor, Project Management Professional, and TAFE Teacher in cyber security with 25 years of information technology.

At present, his focus is renewable energy, personal and family futures, and developing a next-generation workforce.

Dr. Alireza Jolfaei

Alireza is an Associate Professor in Cyber Security and Networking at Flinders University, Adelaide. He is the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Consumer Technology Society World News, and the Chair of Australia IEEE TEMS Membership Development & Activities He received a PhD degree in Applied Cryptography from Griffith University, Gold Coast, Australia. He was a Lecturer (Assistant Professor in North America) and a Program Leader in Cyber Security at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. Before that, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Federation University Australia and Temple University in Philadelphia, USA. His current research areas include Cyber Security, IoT Security, Human-in-the-Loop CPS Security, and Cryptography.

Anna McDonald

Anna is the O-Lab Manager at University of Melbourne's Innovation Practice Program. She is the manager, innovation consultant, mentor supporting teams of interns developing proof of concept prototypes within O-Lab, the University's newest prototyping lab.

Anna has versatile experience working with many energy companies including renewable energy start-up at various positions like board member, CTO, Director. She was a director and Chairman (2016-8) of the Aspendale Gardens- Edithvale Community Bank. Previously she worked in CSIRO and local government agencies too.

Anna has a Masters of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Glen Morris

Glen is the director of Smart Energy Lab with variety of duties - specialised in Distributed Energy Resources product validation and testing, managing a microgrid in a sustainable Moora Moora co-operative community, creator of solar design software, SolarQuip, member of renewable energy standards committee to name a few. He has invaluable experience in electronics, renewable energy, software development, web hosting and vocational training. His current passion for training practitioners of renewable energy brings together his wide range of skills. Glen is very passionate about making a difference - helping the community move towards a more sustainable planet.

Engineering Team

Team Swans structure is mainly divided into technical project teams and foresight related work teams

The technical team is presently focussing on the DER security module and Virtual CSO prototypes.

The foresight team is focussing in mentoring, internship for the next generation workforce, personal, family and community futures working with local community, schools, Not-for-Profit teams and Registered Training Organisations to realise the vision of co-creation of sustainable and secured futures.
